No doubt I'd be caught right away. That's why I don't do it, and I've also noticed that most drivers don't either. But I have to say that I think the whole HOV lane idea hasn't worked as well as the bureaucrats envisioned. I don't have to commute, thank goodness, but if I did, I'd be very tempted. OTOH, I'd more than likely take a bus. Better yet......I think I'll avoid the whole mess and stay off the road so that everyone that does commute has one less SUV to deal with.
