regarding SEC filings....

A classic example happened very recently.

XM bought another company and has not made a filing with the SEC.

Because there has been no filing does not mean that the deal did not happen.

The fact that SIRIUS did not file relative to toyota, and XM's filing was dealing with the data services does not mean that XM and sirius do not have deals with toyota.
