Seems there are a lot of people here who have a personal stake in what the jury decides, because as Ken Breen alleged the enterprise had more than just one willing participant. So, the attack dogs come out to lay into anyone who might agree with a federal prosecutor's position, e.g. I'm a "moron," "loser" etc. for finding credibility in an AUSA's case. I'm still waiting for TS's answers. I think it was a mistake for AP to "moderate" all of his detractors off the AP thread; I'm posting here because there are no bans. AP would have been better served with a balanced discussion, because banning people makes it look like you have something to hide, need to control the flow of public info that way.

After having the offending messages repeatedly removed without sanction, he attacked the ownership of SI, at which time he was terminated. It had nothing to do with information"... to use your characterization of the content of his messages.
