I paid Rea and TP fees to get honest advice on trades; because of the kickback scheme, I didn't get it. That's a violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341, 1343, 1346. Now, are you telling me that the federal mail and wire fraud statutes should be revoked?

A great many traders lost everything as a direct result of what Berber did. DT became equated with only rapid-fire huge volume trading as a result of Berber's deceit here at SI and all over the Net. FYI, he lied to Congress and SEC about his schemes, as I've alleged in Court.

Why use loaded terms like vendetta? Sounds pretty paranoid to call a lawsuit against brokers and advisers a vendetta if the facts are provable. If my allegations are true, then the vendetta seems to be all on the opposing side, refusing to take any responsibility for criminal misconduct destroying thousands of Americans' lives. It's not surprising that while Berber has taken full responsibility for his successfully reaping close to $400 million, he has never taken responsibility for the means he used to get there: the ruin of thousands of his own clients and others.

By the way, do you think Kenneth Breen is "on a vendetta"? Just curious.
