Elmo, knock off the nonsense. Intel's new XeonDP line IS 64-bit enabled. The only ones that are not are the XeonMPs and old crap. Thus, the vast majority of Xeons being sold by Intel are now 64-bit enabled Noconas.

Xeon's share is not expanding. It continues to shrink.

Those numbers are for 64-bit enabled Xeons. Opteron used to own 100% of the x86-64bit market. It is Xeon's share that is expanding, not Opteron's.

Noconas are fine with me. Itanium at one point posed a mortal threat to AMD. What is Itanium's percentage of 64 bit market now?
