JF, Treasury bills are a liquid market, with many billions traded everyday. Almost as liquid as cash. To say they have no value is ludicrous.

a) I never said they have no value.

b) Options have value. So does a cup of water that Elvis supposedly drank out of.

c) I thought you didn't like federal debt, which is what those T-bills basically represent.
