I can't tell you how many letters I wrote to Adam Smith -then my rep- to get a provisio to NOT have HOV at the 405, I5 and SR167 tangleway.... You know they have to expand it and now costs are exponentially higher lockstep to those stupid labor union laws and no competition. seems ludicrous.... keeping the same rules for that but can't have uniform standards in voting and a hundred other things... my cousin, a rancher has to abide with National Forest rules on grasslands because one shoe fits all policy.... 2 track BS. no fricking sense.
