SO the report states the obvious:
Human "error" or at least variations or perception
issues in the exit poll process contributed to the
skewed--and prematurely released--predictions based on exit polling.

Gee, who'd have thunk it?

"Obviously", the difference between the outcome of
exit polls and the actual vote count MUST mean
that there was fraud in the counting of actual votes, right?

I mean, REALLY, AFTER ALL, how else could Kerry have lost?
