The extortion charge is what will determine if Elgindy is or is not perceived as a criminal, although I do think the obstruction of justice charge, being black and white (i.e. that Elgindy himself ordered logs erased-- as opposed to Peters speaking for him as in the case of the alleged Paul Brown shakedown), will stick.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! i hear that.... very interesting how long this is taking... even if the jury got a 10lb stack of instructions, they should have been able to read each instruction 4x and vote by now....

I think I would like to see a full acquittal for no other reason than to listen to all the whack jobs here come up with more conspiracy theories. should be much more entertaining that the " I told ya so's" if he is convicted
