The IR lady is retained but "..on hold.." for future activation, to the best of my understanding. I may have mentioned that previously.

Sam is real good about not spending funds on superfluous fluff until the situation demands it ( i.e.: when we're clearly in full-tilt boogie mode, or listed ).
