Homebuilders are the only sector that makes the quarterly #'s. Perverse, but this dicey stock market could cause even more to quit stocks altogether and get into real estate even deeper, as if that was possible. Homebuilding is the New New Economy didn't you know? All we need now are more homebuilder IPO's like CHCI to complete the circle...
