The SEC has never contacted me for any wrong doing or has had any questions about my old reports. Quite the opposite. They have used my reports to to freeze 1 million dollars of one fine fellows assets and send one to jail for 10 years. In fact I sent the SEC a copy of every one of my reports. They where fans. Even when the site no longer existed they had asked for copies of on paticular report. As I stated, I never recieved one dime from the web site and made it a free site. BTW LKS, heard you bailed out of Xybernaut. You are smart.
