You see holes in evolutionary theory, but you don't see any holes in a hop, skip and jump from evolution to "Thus, we cannot hold any human responsible for their actions."? Strange. I don't know any people who study evolution who would accept your "thus...". Do YOU know any people who are in the sciences who would accept your "thus..."?
