I use to think the same way until I learned the operating difficulties of CBM. Zimmerman helped me also. The Canadian CBM industry is brand new. USA has been at it for about 25 years. Zimmerman leverages his 20+ CBM experience by purchasing producing (revenues) properties that he knows are underutilzed. He brought a lot of his J.M. Huber crew with him and these guys will gear up this underperforming properties. I expect to see more producing properties.

APF is targeting "dry" coals which is really unusual as no dewatering is required. This is the best of all worlds.

There is still going to be a vast learning curve in the development of CBM in Canada. BTW Zimmerman wants to be there in a big way. I can see some JV's utilizing his expertise in the development of properties.

Hope this helps.

I do not mean to sound like I am missing something, but where is Stormcat getting all the money to obtain and expand leases? When I last looked, they had less than a million bucks in the bank. It all sounds great, but I do not understand how they will find the capital to make it work.
