The Parisienne salad at Costco does sound very good, Ionesco. Although I do not eat bleu cheese anymore, I can certainly imagine exactly how delicious it would taste. Are Costco salads organic these days? I have not been to Costco in awhile. I used to love their polish sausage hot dogs at the food court window, with plenty of sauerkraut, onions, etc. Not very healthy, though. And Mr. Grainne thought the chicken/bacon thingys with dough around them were quite tasty. But they have a gazillion calories, we found out later.

Inonesco

The Spring salad at SAMS has a lot of great stuff in it too.
Take it, put a little good olive oil,Nakano's Red Pepper dressing... add some fruit or anything else and what a salad one has.

That Nakano Red Pepper Dressing it the kick. It is better than Balsamic.. TRY IT...
