I'm very interested how the jury will find on the obstruction of justice charge. In some ways, it's the most serious of all. Insider trading non-public info is one thing; tampering with witnesses and a federal investigation ratchets it all up to a whole new level. Goldie was out and about with AP for a long time, at least from what I can recall in late 98; whenever Tony et al would appear on multiple threads bashing a stock, Mama Bear, Goldie and a few others were almost always in tow. Don't know how long that lasted, though. BTW, any thoughts on the jury's requesting the NSOL evidence?
