My feeling is that credit quality rollover can also almost be dated as post-Dec. 8th, so not quite showing up in the 4th quarter numbers. The fury of ARMS and HELOCs rate resets really just hit in Nov, but now we are getting monthly squall line after squall line. The dump going on in the stock market in January ought to really leverage into this as well. Just like Audrey, this Bubble needs more and more plant food, and it's just not there. Are there any good January canary in mine shaft reports that you know of?
