Hey, now Bush has found a sneaky way to really demoralize the CIA. The Pentagon, under the incompetent Rumsfeld (did you HEAR Biden on Rummy at the Rice hearings --- go Joe!) now gets to be more incompetent in future 'intelligence' gathering operations and other black ops bs.
