Yeah, I read it. It is awful. And this winter seems especially cold. Even if a dozen or so 4 star hotels in Beijing got the notice for cutting their natural gas supply. The Beijing municipality gov. is so stupid. They are single-mindedly to cut down the air pollution to prepare for 2008 Olympic Game, so they have switched all the power plants in major city region to burn natural gas. They also changed a lot of public transportation like bus into burning natural gas. But they have not secured enough source.

And even the electricity is going to be limited due to too many people are too cold so have to use electric heaters to warm their home.

All these are caused by single mindedly pursuing being the world manufacturing factory. Stupid!

This is the real problem of command control economies, those that know don't have power and those with power can't know.
