Maybe so. Or maybe the Bush legacy will be a falling of the tyrant dominoes in the Middle East. Remember that big change always takes a catalyst. People who are catalysts are almost never widely popular, because people don't like change. However, this drama will take a decade or two to play out. So we won't know what the Bush legacy really is in the Middle East until 10-20 years from now.

I'm sure if a Democrat is in power at that time, they will take full credit for bringing Democracy to the Middle East, when in reality, it was Bush who got the ball rolling. We'll see.
