Is your neighbor throwing a party or a "bash"? When NYC spends thousands on fireworks for a July 4 celebration, are they throwing a party or a bash? Does the number of people the "party" is for matter? Or do you still only get to spend $50? Sour grapes, Suma. Oh, and tell Kerry he lost, will you?
