We should pay parents to care about their children. 5 bucks for attending PTA. 10 bucks for having a parent teacher meeting. $15 for helping with their homework.

Screw the schools.

You don't understand. Or you don't care. I am not against parents involving in voluntary work or even compulsory work on weekends etc. I am talking about commitments that a working parent simply cannot meet. All because the school has no money to hire a part-time teaching assistant.
