Thanks for the comeback. It is sure hard to make money in this market. I have some qqqq puts but only enough to breakeven.
I shorted some XMSR today figuring if nothing else that would make the stock go up. If it doesn't at least I won't feel so bad for breaking a major rule and holding a stock that drops more than 7%. Thanks and take care.

Good afternoon David - XMSR and SIRI - this is almost to obvious a play but .....here it is......

SIRI earnings are 26th(Wed.) in the AM.....they will be aweful in terms of the losses........both SIRI and XM will get hit.........

Buy XM on Wed.(do we short until then...probably not..... maybe some CC's to protect any existing positions)......price will be dependant on Monday and Tuesday market recovering or not.....If flat into Wed. anywhere between $31 and $32 would be nice.....$32.50 may be all we'll get out of it.

XMSR earnings are Feb. 3rd( the following Thursday) ......run up into earnings.....either protect or sell BEFORE earnings as it's anybodys guess how they'll be received......

SIRI - a solid breakdown below $5 will be good for a pop back to $5.25....but higher risk than XM.

Be well,

Mike
