A utility disaster. 200%-300% increase in rates over a 12 month period? I wouldn't call that a disaster. Prices can change that much in many areas even without a serious government mess up like this one. I think Government has a place when it comes to essential services Government had a big role in this "disaster". It regulated the industry before the change, during it, and after it, it planed the change and changed laws and regulations to make it happen. Tim
