jury tries to be fair but keep it simple. extortion is the key. harrrassment (phone calls + shorting + sheeple assistance for bashing) + free shares + call off shorting + call off sheeple + no more phone calls harrassing = extortion. obstruction of justice also EZ, destroy the logs if innocent? hard decisions on hard matters of sec violations, but seems jury through with these decisions fairness in eye of poster, back in the days, was the sheeple pack attack fair, accepting status as volume depository for guru wannabees? for up to $1000/mo and for free on public boards, gladly kissing up to get into the crowd of associates for the enterprise. can sheeple still say without tongue or nose in cheek, "t'aint me?"

That's odd, what about these posts which seem to contradict what you just said? July 30, 2002, written to “Cube” from “Bear Down” - “Tony clearly told everyone he was getting info from the FBI. He posted it on his website numerous times that he was gettting stock tips from an FBI agent named Jeff and that these stocks were being investigated for paying cash bribes to sell their stock. He also claimed on his site this info came from Cleveland at one time. Isn't this what he is charged with? I should be able to say I know he is guilty since I witnessed his statements. I may not have believed him until I heard of his arrest but that doesn;t change the fact that he said it. His indictment was an eyeopener and in hindsight filled a lot of gaps in some of Tony's stories.” Message 17813651 On July 30, 2002, another post to “Cube” from “Bear Down” states - “I criticized tony way before his arrest.
