The only difference is that Bush means what he says and acts on it. That's the scary part...he says stuff like that and to hell with the details or hypocrisy of the statement, when at the same time he says that people must chose their own brand of freedom. Today he stands side by side with tyrants like Musharaf, or the royals in SA, or presidents for life in Egypt, etc...
