Yes, it's mind boggling to me. Some of the posters on this thread claim that they don't vote their wallets and blame Republicans for doing that. Then their primary argument for us leaving Iraq is that it costs too much. This is very hypocritical in my opinion.

You are right. In a choice between anarchy and democracy, we should choose freedom. If we walk away from Iraq now, it will devolve temporarily into anarchy, and then into a new brutal dictatorship.

You should be seriously mad at Bush. Shows you how stupid he was.......didn't have a clue what he was doing.

We have a chance to stay for long enough to make a difference in peoples lives. If we leave we will make a different sort of difference.

We will make the only difference that is possible. By us leaving, the Iraqis have a chance at democracy. We stay.....there is no chance.

How sad it is to know that there are Americans who wish to discard a whole country witha flip comment and sentence them to poverty and death.

How sad it is that there were Americans who fell for Bush's BS hook, line and sinker.
