It's the long term BIG picture. It's going to be shitty for probably years to come. But the U.S is starting the base for Democracy in the middle east. It is ambitious if Bush can pull it off.

When is the last time you seen a free country attack another free country?

Suma, it settled the problem of Adolph Hitler rather nicely, don't you think?

The statement that "violence never settles anything" is total hogwash. Period.
