FF does it automatically during installation.

It will all happen automatically so it can't be any easier. Only down would be it organizes them alphabetically rather then how you have them, but they will all be there.

It does it automatically when you install. You still keep everything as it is in IE, and the same things add in over at Firefox. It took me almost no time to figure Firefox out, it is intuitive from IE, looks the same. You install, then go to Firefox extensions, and install the "most popular."
Then you are set. You access it from your start bar, as you do IE now. Click the same to use either.
