Hey Ted, two WA state questions:

1) Is Gregorie (sp?) still going to be governor? Is Rossi still calling for a revote?

Gregoire is governor and the GOP has taken the matter to court. The court case started this past Wed.

2) How's the real estate market and rental housing rates there? Here in the O.C., the median house price just hit a new high (after going up and down for months). Not only that, but rental rates are also going up, which is taking a toll on lower-income people who can't afford a new home, especially one here.

The median housing price has gone up steadily over the past 4 years.......much slower than CA. Rental rates have just started to go up after 3 years of going down. The rental market, however, is still soft.
