I use folders, too. And when they get unwieldy, I break them down, e.g., I just broke down "Foodie" into "Foodie," "Recipes" and "Restaurants." Last year I broke down "Home and Garden" into "Garden", "Beekeeping," and "Home." "Fun" is now "Travel," "Day Trips" and "Museums."
