You said here you're rooting for the "underdog," but what you don't disclose is your own perhaps personal interest in the case, as you were deeply involved with AP: Message 20974533 "Big Brother." Seems to me that in this case "Big Brother" was the criminal gang operating through SI and other sites aiding and abetting their many schemes, squelching - oh, I'm sorry, "moderating" - any dissenting opinions into oblivion. You and a number of others engaged in this kind of posting activity in concert with AP, the indicted alleged racketeer, extortionist and obstructer of justice. I think the real Big Brother here is you and your colleagues who worked long and hard to shut up anyone who disagreed with whatever statements you made here in your own interest. As AP said above, the laws were as he and other interpreted them...or so they thought. As I said, if the jury finds AP guilty, I hope AUSA Ken Breen does not stop there, and all the presently unindicted co-conspirators are brought to justice also. HGM said "trails from trials and trials from trails." KB said AP did not nor could not have acted alone, which means as I've seen myself it takes a group to make these kinds of schemes pan out. "Big Brother" has only so far indicted one trading "leader". There are many more who merit the same, and if AUSA would like specific information on whom, and why, with facts backing it up, he can reach me at the contact information on file on every pleading in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division. Mr. Breen, considering the work you have done, what you have learned about what went on here, it would be a very great shame to waste the taxpayers' money on only these indictments, and not many more, those who destroyed their targets in similar ways right here on SI and through IA Net sites similar to AP's.
