Verdad, you are persisting with the "most" business again. < Of the potential wireless subscribers out there, most have the choice of either terrestrial or satellite service...only in rare cases (like this one) is Globalstar chosen.>

It has never been a matter of "most" people having a need for Globalstar. Most would mean nearly a billion people. Perhaps you don't know that Globalstar in the first constellation could never have supported more than a few million subscribers. That's a tiny niche market. That's at most one person in 100 but more like 1 in 200.

It does not matter and never has that the other 199 people wouldn't want the service [as far as filling the first constellation is concerned].

Globalstar is not a service for MOST people. It's for at most 4 million people which is a small proportion of the 1.5 billion subscribers to mobile phone services.

I hope I haven't used the word "most" too often.
