"You will be shocked to find out just how much they hate the U.S." I doubt if I would be surprised. Hate of the US is the glue that holds them together. However, they are fully aware that if they did something like that and the US has even the slightest glimmer of suspicion that they were responsible, they'd be talking to Allah much sooner than they had anticipated. All the talk about martyrdom is fine, well and good for the masses, but the leadership has different plans. Being an impurity in a nuclear glass isn't part of them.
