Finally, you are starting to see why we are "losing" in Iraq. It's because the Muslims in the area will stop at nothing to ensure democracy doesn't flourish. It threatens the very foundations of their own power.

That means we are on to something. We wouldn't be attracting this much foreign resistance if it wasn't the most direct way to threaten the terrorists and the local tyrants. So this is precisely the moment where we should pour it on, not back away.
