The percussion drill is expected on the property by midweek. Molybdenum is a difficult metal to recover especially in smaller diameter holes. The new drill is capable of 1,500 feet depths and will provide a 3.5 times larger sample, thereby increasing the potential of the recovery. _____________________________________________________________ Crow-Rea assays 1996-06-24 15:31 ET - News Release Shares issued 6,260,826 Close 1996-06-21 $ 1.95 From News Release (C-VGC) Verdstone Gold Corporation Mr Larry Reaugh reports Verdstone and Molycor have received assays on the high grade section of hole No. 96-56. A deep vertical hole currently at 990 feet is being drilled south of site 15. Visibly moly has been observed over at least 40 feet from 930 feet. This is significant as the Crow-Rea now has a mineralized vertical depth of 1,000 feet. ______________________________________________________________ Crow-Rea results 1996-07-09 14:26 ET - News Release Shares issued 6,260,826 Close 1996-07-08 $ 1.60 From News Release (C-VGC) Verdstone Gold Corporation Mr Larry Reaugh reports Assay results have been received from recent diamond drill holes as follows: Interval Interval MoS2 Hole No. (m) (ft) (%) ------------ ----------- -------- ----- DDH 96-68 41.5-56.5 49.25 0.302 includes 41.5-47.5 19.50 0.448 includes 49.5-53.5 13.00 0.406 DDH 96-69 107.3-110.3 9.75 0.381 DDH 96-15-58 sludge * 42.7-61.3 60.00 0.139 *. The sludge assays correspond to diamond drill core results released on June 24 1996 for the interval 45.4-55.4 metres at 0.196% MoS2. The values in the sludge are thought to be significant losses from the broken drill core. The consulting geologists believe there is a significant shallow open-pittable high grade sheeted orebody at the Webbsite zone and some of the future drilling will be aimed at blocking this section out. This particular shallow dipping ore body is independent of deeper rooted mineralization. Recent tectonic surveys on the property have identified 13 anomalies. The survey identified the Webbsite zone as a possible collapsed breccia pipe as well as a large possible collapsed pipe one mile southwest of the current drilling. Recent prospecting on this site has found visible moly in ______________________________________________________________ OH ya even the Famous George Chelekis PUMPED it up George Chelekis says in his July 11 Hot Stocks Flash that Larry Reaugh's Molycor Gold and Verdstone gold are both coming along nicely, meaning that their price has doubled since he was paid $9800 to write about them and their Crow-Rea project in his autumn 1995 Hot Stocks Review.
