I remember "weeeeeeeeeeeeeee" as goin with the <<<<<<<<<<<<----------------.

Now why no discussion of the jury requests here, for example Royer saying to his FBI colleague he never gave any confidential info to AP, then "changing his mind" on the stand in a federal court?

If I were on the jury, I would wonder why AP did not testify. I mean, he was obviously unafraid of making 16,836 posts here at SI and his public "investigation" reports, in both cases where he controlled - oops, I mean "moderated" - the discussion, but when it comes to testifying under oath, where he can be cross-examined and required to answer to evidence entered into the record, all of a sudden he clams up completely. It's his right of course, but if everything was above board I'd think his testimony would be a very important part of the defense, considering his willingness to speak here in public. Why at SI and not in court? Maybe that's because AP had no power to "ban" or "moderate" into oblivion AUSA in court, or boot jury members if it turns out they don't agree with his visions on reality.

Tell us about your alias. Do you run a hedge fund? If so, should we look into it?
