if you knew the first thing about the history of this case, you'd know i'm the last person who would normally stand up for elgindy. thus the worm beats you again....

my point of the "underdog" here is that the defense has presented some compelling evidence on most of accusations. many of the charges are in serious grey area. of the 30 charges i don't see but a few that are sound.

what seems glaringly wrong to me, is the AUSA accused elgindy of stepping across a line that he himself seems to have clearly violated.

eg the accusation elgindy had 911 involvement.

it seems to me that the AUSA uses the power of the us government to make criminal accusation in gray areas, while their own behavior seems to cross the very same grey line they try to jail others for.
