fair enough. i'm locked in a goog strangle right now: 210 calls & 190 puts. i worked my way in earlier this month expecting a ramp in premiums as we get closer to earnings. i haven't seen as much as i expected, but so far it's been a pretty good a move. i'm stubborn/scared enough to continue to hold both sides. in addition i'll probably add a few puts in goog after mondays action. i'd like to confirm, now that expirations are over, that the market in general may be moving down. thank you for your thoughts, i'll keep an eye on the gap. ot- i'm on the fence with ebay, everything screams short but i think it's a good buy here. i may give that one a few days to settle in as well. thanks again for your time, h
