The lists in those two links are very homeboy American and extremely biased and an idiot-recluse (playing words analogy to idiot-savant). The writer is probably by a steak and potato, or pizza, hot-dog, fried chicken, and hamburger type. Guess what's in hot dogs? Furthermore, the two lists don't show many American regional dishes such as bear, rattlesnake, rabbits, beaver, squirrel, gators, bull's testicles (aka rocky mountain oyster) to name a few. I tried most of them at one of those "wild game" feasts in Pennsylvania. Wild game feasts are common throughout USA.

I only posted the links to show what "duck blood" related foods are out there - only blood pudding, but that's usually from pig blood. There is a German blood sausage, but that's either pig's or cow's blood.
