Lucky, in all fairness, I wanted to say that I think that since AP hasn't been charged with anything related to 9/11, we shouldn't be talking about that here - not unless and until those charges are supported by a grand jury indictment. I said that a long time ago and wanted to say that now. The charges Ken Breen has brought are the key, and we shouldn't get sidetracked. From our position as SI members, and traders, they are as serious as can be. I liked what HGM said about fulfilling the promise of a public forum like SI - it was taken from us; now it's time to reclaim it and fulfill that promise, if we can. So many "leaders" here in the past have spoken about the "truth," like Berber, who apparently has not a shred of remorse for how many lives he destroyed, thinks donating a tiny fraction of what he stole and at the same time boasting all over the media about it will buy him immunity from judgment, but in the end the very last thing these people want is for the truth to come out - especially not in a court of law where strict rules apply. I wish I had the resources and the time to have sat in on all AP pre-trial and trial hearings. I hope the transcripts won't cost me $10,000 to order, because in due course I think I should, lots of similar allegations to my litigation.
