Interestingly enough, there's this guy Donald Luskin who writes financial aricles. On the last day of last year, he said the first few weeks of Jan would be a sell off. It was an incredibly accurate prediction. He followed that article up with another to gloat on his prediction, then he went on to say that this is a phenomenal buying opportunity because this would be a good year for stocks. I think he also said something about large caps outperforming this year. Anyway, I don't trade at all, so I didn't take advantage of his article, but thought you might be interested. Right now might represent a good buying opportunity if you have spare cash and you think Luskin might be right.
