Right now it's 7 degrees in Pittsburgh with a -10 wind chill.

At kickoff tomorrow it will be about 5 degrees warmer than it
is now, with a 60% of snow & sub-zero wind chill (20-30 mph
wind from the NNW).

Philly @ kickoff is expected to be a little above 20 degrees
with 20-30 mph winds from the NNW.

we got at most 12" on average 10" blowing flurries here , eagles had 750 workers cleaning out seats all night.. this morning news said they have 1000 people working inside to get all the snow out of the place.. I expect the eagles do not want to see another snow ball scene like a few years back!

I expect the field will be in great shape.. they have a cover over it and it the field is heated. Parking lots appeared to be clear and are about to open for tail gate parties.

heavy winds should make this an interesting game.
