lol. Nowadays, if you let people know where you live, they try to track you down. Didn't you hear what happened in New Jersey recently? I'm too outspoken on these threads to put my family in danger by disclosing too much. As far as my accent, going to private schools tends to shield you from the accents, but at home, I catch myself saying buildin and y'all every now and then. Also, you'll find once you get into the corporate world, your accent starts to disappear as well. I've lived all over the U.S. in the past 20+ years and any remnants of an accent has been slowly burned away. Y'all is the one thing that sticks with you through thick and thin, though. :)
