Yes, it is absolutely againt the law...go check with your lawyers....even so called "information" that may be in the public domain, if it is known to be false and defamatory, then anyone republishing it, is as guilty of defamation and libel as if HE wrote it first. I believe zwebner made many public statements denying the truthfulness / falseness or accuracy of many statements, and as such, irishjim44, Roberto and others just chose to ignore them, and posted and reposted them again and again as if he didnt care for the truth, and was intent on continuing the defamation for the purposes of further damaging zwebner and the companies (or creating rumors and innuendo). I think Roberto led the charge, and a whole bunch of ''followers'', (maybe) probarbly shareholders who may have lost some money, just joind in the MOB mentality, and decided to try to publicly LYNCH zwebner, whatever the consequences. As for the letters and emails by the thousands sent to the DA and other law enforcement agencies around the country and around the world, this is real criminal intent, as the sender invented much of the lies and defamation, and sent the law enforcement officials investigating zilch..just sent them all on a wild goose chase...now it looks like they are about to deal their own version of justice... and its not just a civil law suit. All the bashers who not only made defamtory statements about the company or the product, but lied and invented ''facts'' about zwebner, are on the list for federal court litigation. I spoke to Zwebner, and he is really fighting mad. He says, "let them continue posting, each and every post they make is the very evidence that will bury them. fools indeed !" He also said that "he thinks that many bashers make a living doing their bashing, by being paid off by brokers and or traders" (or as in ELGT shares)... we'll see if there is any truth and facts there... my own opinion, is that there are currently so many law suits being filed, (not all by zwebner) and some of the same defendants appear in several of them, the courts will soon see the picture, and serious justice will be metted out. There is no way that this course of action will be allowed to continue. Also my own opinion is that LYCOS too will pay, big time for failure to police itself and apply its own policies, and the very actions you bashers are doing, will in the end result, make zwebner rich... you are all dumb not to see it. Don't believe this then why not call zwebner, get first hand the real facts and answers. Then all these lies and defamations can all stop, and a real dialogue can ensue.. but then I guess that way the 'bashers' can't earn a living ?? or can they... maybe they should just buy some shares, and leave the company alone to flourish, and earn money that way... like normal people.?
