i think the ausa's actions have frightened or "intimidated" many top notch people from expressing their 1st amendment rights. nuff's enuff. i don't think the ausa's behavior would stand up to the same scrutiny he charges others with. i just call em as i see em. FWIW, i think spitzer's attack on grasso is also an egregious misuse of power. you seem to be the typical dipshit who was either crushed by one of the scams we exposed, or was a part of one of the scams we exposed. if you want credibility bud, you gotta earn it. thus far your posts put you in the "don't know my head from my ass category." until you do some homework before opening yer yap and waggling yer jaw, that's where you'll stay. Now you have accused a United States Attorney of committing the crimes for which AP was indicted. I'm sure this kind of "remorse" will play well as these matters proceed. Nice going.
