MY good god I can't read all that.

on another topic. I have, over th years, seen many lawsuits against posters and I think AZNT was one of the ones that actually may have got as far as an agreement for both sides to cease. Anyway I get a kick out of them as most of those Company's have R/S many times and / or have gone kaput.

Has anyone ever actually paid out a settlement to a company.

Excellent point Jeff.

breen seems to be trying to re-define "inside information" by claiming essentially any information that IS publicly available, BUT NOT disseminated according to breen's definition - is trading on inside information….

to take breen's argument one step further, it appears as breen is attempting to re-define stock manipulation as any person who takes a securities position and then disseminates the public information they discovered thru proper due diligence.

very disturbing if true. if found guilty, essentially everyone long or short publishing good research could be considered committing stock manipulation.
