I agree our whole taxation system needs reform.Who was it back about 15 years ago who was thinking of running for President. He is very wealthy and from N.Y but I cannot think of his name...Buckley. As I wrote that my mind thought of him.Anyway he had some great ideas.

I think anything better than what we have now so I will go along with your idea.
