AZNT was one of the ones that actually may have got as far as an agreement for both sides to cease...

The AZNT lawsuit was tossed out on jurisdiction. It was drafted by Gary Dobry who begged Mike Sylver, the CEO, for many many months to file it (it became a running joke after a while because Dobry kept giving dates for it that came and went). The only reason it was ever filed was because Sylver's right-hand man and puppet, Roberty Qualey, was an attorney. It had no chance of ever being re-filed "for real."
