For that matter, it doesn't say the Elgindy posted under multiple aliases. The wording of that portion of the indictment is rather ambiguous.

True. Doesn't say SI, only says Internet sites. Since SI was AP's most prominent Net abode a reasonable inference would be that one site would be SI. Though that could also mean "and/or" Yahoo, RB, etc.

Yup. Could be that these people were using different aliases on different sites. As do vast numbers of people who aren't up to anything dishonest.

I wouldn't count on Breen understanding how internet chat sites really work.
